Indecies's dynamic of production volumes at enterprises of pulp-and-paper industry
Decline in manufacturing of many types of pulp-and- paper industry products in April has been determined, above all things, by sharp slump of consumer solvency and, as a result, of demand on cardboard-paper products.
Downswing of production volumes in food, chemical and some otherindustries, which are major consumers of cardboard containers, and inability of consumers to buy containerson advance payment, resulted in reducing of production volumes of corrugated cardboard and containers.
The biggest importers of cardboard-paper products to Ukraine are the Russian Federation and Finland, which supply together 50% of paper, cardboard, and their items. This share was stable during 2000-2008.
