| PRODUCTION OF NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT, ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BUILDING MATERIALS BASED ON WASTE OF THERMAL POWER PLANTS AND STEEL PLANTS OF THE DONBAS REGION | | Project summary | This project includes production of slag-alkaline binder on polyhydrosilicates and slags of thermal power plants and steel mills with output of 60 tons per year. Implementation of this production requires the purchase of grinding set to an estimated value of ?1,500,000. following energy-saving products for civil and industrial construction will be manufactured based on slag-alkaline binder:
1. Permanent forms from wood chips and slag-alkaline binder with annual output up to 350,000 m2. The production requires partial purchase of equipment to the amount of approximately ?140,000.
2. Insulation will be produced by the gas and foam technology. This insulation will be manufactured continuously with the production volume up to 225 m3 per day. Equipment of own production costs about ?95000.
3. Colored facing brick made from ground ash-slag of thermal power plants and polyhydrosilicates by means of moist vibropressing or hyperpressing with annual production volume of 80 000 000 bricks. Equipment cost amounts to approximately ?2,040,000.
