| REFORMING OF THE HOUSING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE DISTRICT "ZAPADNYI" (ARTYOMOVSK, DONETSK REGION) WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF ENERGY SAVING TECHNOLOGIES (" WARM HOUSE ") | | Project summary | Project objectives:
Approximation of the heat source directly to the heat consumer by means of the installation of modular gas-fired boilers.
Performing complex operations on the insulation of external houses structures, which will extend the houses service lifetime.
Replacement of thermal highways and resumption of hot water systems.
Replacement of internal networks in apartment buildings.
Works for the improvement in the community development.
Promotion in the establishment of associations of apartment buildings.
Currently the construction of modular boilers and heating systems is completely implemented. Development of feasibility study and the working draft with respect to insulation of house facades is in process.

Actions on project introduction:
4 modular mini-boiler plants with total capacity of 15.75 MW are implemented.
The replacement of pipes for 6 km long heat backbone networks is completed.
Filler elements (the facade, basement and roof) of one building have been reconstructed.
Intra-nets in three residential buildings have been replaced.
Internal heating systems of six buildings have been partially replaced.
Saving of electricity - 172.64 thousand kWh/month
