Article 8. Government control of foreign economic activity
Ukraine independently forms the system and structure of government control of foreign economic activity on its territory.
Government control of foreign economic activity must provide:
- defence of economic interests Ukraine but legal interests of subjects of foreign economic activity
- creation of equal possibilities for the subjects of foreign economic activity to develop all types of entrepreneurial activity regardless of patterns of ownership and all directions of the use of profits realization of investments
- encouragement of competition and liquidation of monopolism in the sphere of foreign economic activity
The state and his organs have no authority directly to interfere in foreign economic activity of subjects of this activity, except for the cases when such interference is carried out in obedience to it and by other laws Ukraine. |
