Article 15. Insurance of external economic operations
Insurance of external economic operations in To Ukraine carried out commercial insurance companies (state, joint-stock, foreign, mixed, co-operative et al), and also other subjects of foreign economic activity, insurance operations are included in the regulation article of activity of which (insurance). The choice of insurance company (insurance) is carried out the subjects of foreign economic activity independently.
Insurance of external economic operations from the side of subjects of foreign economic activity is carried out in To Ukraine on contractual principles is voluntarily, if other is not foreseen laws Ukraine.
Insurance of external economic operations is carried out in To Ukraine in relation to risks which exist in world practice.
Insurance of export credits, loans, separate contracts, on supplying with machines and equipment, investments, as on territory Ukraine, so after its limits carried out the specialized insurance joint-stock company, the control package of actions of which belongs To the cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. |
