Article 21. Government order
Public organs of management Ukraine but local Advices of folk deputies Ukraine have a right to place, as a rule, on competitive basis government businesses on a production, export and import of commodities, among the subjects of foreign economic activity.
The subjects of foreign economic activity accept government businesses exceptionally on a voluntary basis subject to conditions and in a volume, which are determined civil legal agreements (by contracts) which consist between these subjects and state customer.
The foreign subjects of economic activity use equal rights and must carry even duties with the subjects of foreign economic activity Ukraine in the case of holding competition on placing the government order.
