Article 23. Informative providing of foreign economic activity
Every subject of foreign economic activity has a right on the receipt of any information, necessary for realization of this activity which does not make a state or commercial secret. The volume of information which makes a state secret is determined in obedience to laws Ukraine.
Composition and volume of commercial secret is determined in obedience to By the law of Ukraine "About enterprises in Ukraine".
Every subject of foreign economic activity has a right on a timely acquaintance with official texts of laws and other normative acts with next information about changes in them, that regulate relations which touch foreign economic activity straight or side. Public organs, departments and establishments which give out normative acts, obliged officially to publish them in popular facilities of information Ukraine, thus the noted acts can not go into effect to their official publication. Every subject of foreign economic activity has a right on the direct receipt of information from public organs which on call of subjects of foreign economic activity are under a obligation on payment basis operatively to give them complete official texts of normative acts.
The report of statistical information on foreign economic activity carries out the State committee of statistics of Ukraine on the basis of information, that in a obligatory order given organs which carry out government control of foreign economic activity (financial organs, organs of government custom service, National bank of Ukraine), and also subjects of foreign economic activity.
