Article 26. Economic relations Ukraine with other states
Economic relations Ukraine with other states regulated the proper international agreements and norms of international law.
Ukraine concludes, executes and denounces international agreements on questions foreign economic activity, and also agreements which touch such questions, in accordance with Constitutions (Basic Law) of Ukraine but laws Ukraine.
Legal status of subjects of economic activity of other states is on territory Ukraine it is determined laws in force Ukraine but by afore-mentioned agreements. |
