Article 28. Defence of rights and legal interests of subjects of foreign economic activity

Ukraine obliged to carry out defence of rights and legal interests of subjects of foreign economic activity Ukraine outside Ukraine in obedience to the norms of international law. Such defence is carried out after the appeal of the noted subjects of foreign economic activity through diplomatic and consular establishments, state trade missions which are of interest Ukraine.
