Article 30. Limitation of re-export

The re-export of commodities, imported due to the State currency fund is forbidden Ukraine but currency funds of local Advices of folk deputies Ukraine.

Organ which is the manager of the State currency fund Ukraine or currency fund of local Advice of folk deputies Ukraine, can allow a re-export if it be impossible of the use of the imported commodity on territory Ukraine after his setting.
