Article 32. General principles of responsibility of subjects of foreign economic activity
Ukraine as the state and all subjects of foreign economic activity and foreign subjects of economic activity carry responsibility at this violation or laws related to him Ukraine but/or the obligations which swim out from agreements (contracts), only subject to conditions and in a order, certain laws Ukraine.
Ukraine however much the state carries responsibility for the actions of subjects of foreign economic activity.
The subjects of foreign economic activity do not carry responsibility for actions Ukraine as the states.
If Ukraine takes part in foreign economic activity as a subject of such activity in obedience to the article 3 of this Law, it carries responsibility on general and equal in rights principles with other subjects of foreign economic activity.
All businesses and questions in relation to determination of responsibility, which arise up at application of it and the laws related to him Ukraine, defendant judicial to the organs Ukraine. The subjects of foreign economic activity and foreign subjects of economic activity have a right on judicial consideration of the noted businesses and questions. |
