Article 33. Kinds and forms of responsibility are in foreign economic activity
In the field of foreign economic activity which is determined this and by the laws related to him Ukraine, such types of responsibility can be used:
- property responsibility
- criminal responsibility
Property responsibility is used in form financial compensation of lines, side losses, упущеної benefit, financial compensation of moral harm, and also property approvals.
If violation of foreign economic activity subjects or by the foreign subjects of economic activity of it or laws related to him Ukraine resulted in the origin of losses, loss of benefit, and/or moral harm for other such subjects or state, subjects which broke law carry property accountability in full.
Criminal responsibility in foreign economic activity is inculcated only in cases, foreseen a criminal legislation Ukraine.
