Article 36. Order of realization of responsibility
Order of bringing in to responsibility, realization of responsibility and liberation, from responsibility it is determined judicial laws Ukraine.
Order of bringing in to civil liability, realization of such responsibility and liberation, from it it can be determined foreign economic treaties (by contracts), if it does not conflict with laws in force Ukraine. |
