Article 38. Consideration of disputes which arise up in the process of foreign economic activity
Spores, which arises up between the subjects of foreign economic activity, foreign subjects of economic activity, in the process of such activity can be examined courts Ukraine, and also on the consent of sides of dispute by the International commercial arbitration court and Marine arbitrage commission at the Commercial and industrial chamber of Ukraine and other organs of decision of dispute, if it does not conflict with laws in force of Ukraine or it is foreseen the international agreements of Ukraine.
