International Commercial Arbitration in Ukraine

Ukraine has signed the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.

It is highly recommendable to include an arbitration clause in contracts with an international context.

According to the Law of Ukraine On Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine of December 2, 1997, at Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry are acting:

Their activity is provided for by the Law of Ukraine On International Commercial Arbitration, from February 24, 1994.
