AutoKrAZ starts serial production of heavy haulers
The AutoKrAZ holding company, manufacturer of heavy haulers (Poltava region, central Ukraine) has launched mass production of truck tractors KrAZ T17.0EH Burlak, which on the eve of 2010 successfully completed certification tests for compliance with state standards.
The hauler is intended to transport trailers with a full weight to 75 tons. The truck confidently operates in extreme weather, climate and road conditions at temperatures ranging from -50 to +60 degrees Celsius at altitudes of up to 5 km above sea level, crossing water obstacles of up to 1.5 m depth and snow cover of up to 0,6 m.
High technical qualities of the heavy truck, combined with a strong construction, high off-road capacity and increased carrying capacity are the main competitive advantages for buyer to choose it to work in difficult climatic conditions.
Currently Burlak is one of the best offers on the market of three-axle haulers, an off-roader having a good combination of price and tactical-technical characteristics.
Now on the main pipeline of the company manufactures the first batch of KrAZ T17.0EH. New heavy haulers, equipped with different engines of 400 hp, will be sent to Russia.
By the end of the year, at the request of the Company trading house, it is planned to sell at least 50 haulers. They will be delivered to consumers in Krasnoyarsk and Sverdlovsk regions, Khabarovsk territory and Yakutia, where the trucks will be used for transportation of special heavy equipment, including drill rigs, for new oil and gas fields.
AutoKrAZ specializes in the production of 28 basic models of dump trucks, lorries, timber trucks, tractors, all terrain vehicles for the army, as well as facilities for servicing oil and gas mining, and more than 400 complete sets of automobile equipment.
