The sanatorium is located in the center of Yalta city in the unique historical place: a Barayatinski manor of XIX century "Selbilyar" ( "Callitris Grove"). Sanatorium Kirov is focused on treatment of respiratory diseases, diseases of the nervous and cardiovascular systems. The pride of the resort of Yalta Kirov Holiday Center is a consultative and diagnostic center (CDC) - the only one in Yalta on the number and range of services.
